Inventionland®will proudly welcome local leaders in the fields of education and technology to the annual STEM Summit later this month. Inventionland®is a Platinum Sponsor of the event that takes place April 19 at Pittsburgh Technology College.

The annual STEM Summit is an opportunity for educators and leadership from various non- and for-profit companies to network, brainstorm and be inspired. The event begins with a keynote speaker presentation, where Inventionland®Founder and CEO Mr. George Davison will introduce the keynote and discuss the Inventionland®Innovation Course.

Then it’s off to tours of some of the most innovative companies in Pittsburgh – including the one-of-a-kind Inventionland®facility! These tours will exemplify the value of STEM programs when implemented through real world applications.

Other local innovators that will provide tours include Uber, Google, Holy Family Academy, Simcoach Games and Fab Lab Carnegie Science Center.

Educators will have the opportunity to choose two companies to tour their facilities. In order to meet demand, Inventionland®will be hosting two tours to accommodate attendees.

The 2017 STEM Summit is open to both members and non-members of the Pittsburgh Technology Council.
